We will be present at BTL - International Tourism Exhibition
We will participate at BLT, which will be held in FIL – International Fair of Lisbon, between 25th of February and 01st of March.
BTL, the leading fair in the tourism sector in Portugal celebrates this year the 27th edition and the organising committee aims to consolidate the growth achieved in 2014, in number of visitors, exhibitors and international buyers. The first days of the event will be reserved only for professionals of the tourism sector and on February 27th from 18pm and during the weekend, the fair opens its doors to the general public.
Promoted by the AIP Foundation, through the AIP – Fairs, Conferences and Events, BTL 2015 aims to capture more than 68 thousand visitors during the five days (5% more than in 2014). In terms of exhibitors, the barrier has passed the 1000 enterprises and organisations, domestic and foreign who will participate in this 27th edition.
During the days of the event, both professional visitors and the public in general will have the opportunity to network and to be updated with the most innovative solutions in the tourism sector.
The general public will have the possibility to participate on prize contests, benefit from more and bigger special offers of holidays and short breaks, and gather information and get personalised advice on national and international holidays destinations.
Professional visitors will network and establish trade relations with exhibitors, learn and keep updated by participating in conferences and seminars and know the new industry trends, technologies and services.
We will be present at the event during February 26th with the Accommodation of the Future project - developed for AHRESP (Portuguese Association for Hotels and Restaurants) in cooperation with idtour (a company that aims to promote research and development of innovative solutions applied to different organisations operating in the tourism area). The project aim is the Research & Development of technological solutions, creating custom products that will confer greater capacity for differentiation and competitive positioning of the accommodation of the future units, in a valuable and efficient way.
