We will be present at the EuCNC’2014

Ubiwhere

We will participate at the European Conference on Network and Communications (EuCNC’2014), which will be held in Bologna, in Italy, between 23rd and 26th of June 2014.

As we are entering into the new Horizon 2020 era, EuCNC’2014 (is its 23rd edition) is a very timely event to further strengthen European research and innovation in the strategic domain of future communication and ICT services infrastructures. The focus of the event will be the future ubiquitous and ultra-high bandwidth infrastructure, also known as 5G.

The conference will showcase European funded research at the leading edge of global developments.

As usual there will be sessions, workshops, exhibitions and posters as well as an exciting social program that you should not miss. During 4 days, we will have the opportunity to network with the industry’s top decision-makers, with top level speakers from top companies, such as Huawei (Canada) which will talk about the “Advanced 5G Infrastructure for the Future Internet in Horizon 2020 and Beyond”, Samsung Electronics (Korea) which will talk about “5G Mobile Communications for 2020 and Beyond – Vision and Key Enabling Technologies”, Telecom Italia (Italy) which will talk about the “Supernetwork of Networks, Data Centers and End Users Devices: An Olistic View”, Nokia (Finland) which will talk about “Looking ahead to 5G – A symbiotic convergence of new and existing technologies”, Alcatel Lucent (France) which will talk about “5G: The Software Network and Virtualisation Opportunities”, and much more.

This event is a place that will serve as a technical and scientific conference for the world researcher community, who will show their work in the field of Telecom, focusing on communication systems and networks, and also reaching services and applications.

On the 24th of June, Panel 1 will be about the “5G research, innovation and collaboration frameworks looking at a global agreement”, on the 25th of June, Panel 2 will be about “Advanced Cloud Infrastructures and Services”, and on the 26th of June, Panel 3 will be about “Internet of Things and Platforms for Connected Smart Objects”.
