TeNDER is a multi-sectoral project that drives the development of an integrated care model to manage multi-morbidity in patients with neurodegenerative diseases

TeNDER’s main goal is to improve the quality of life and autonomy of these patients while easing the communication between social and health care professionals.

The project will conduct 5 large-scale pilots, taking place in Madrid, Rome, Slovenia and Germany, in which the select patients will be accompanied thanks to sensors, cameras and other devices that monitor basic vitals, etc.

Ubiwhere will benefit from the company’s research expertise in interoperability and IoT data analytics, processing and standardisation and vast and active involvement in European standards initiatives such as ETSI and AIOTI, to lead the development of a standard tool for integrated information gathering on the patients’ quality of life. It will allow improving the know-how on context data collection and analysis from a wide variety of sources to generate reports and draw behavioural patterns of people and communities.

With Ubiwhere’s solutions currently focused on responding to the needs and improving the overall quality of life of all citizens, TeNDER, will allow us to develop and integrate reference technologies to understand how the conditions of certain place or buildings affect the quality of life of the people living, visiting or working there, to address the needs of specific communities (patients at a hospital, operators at a factory etc.) and make their lives better.

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No 875325
