SmartSDK was created on the grounds of facilitating the integration of FIWARE services and expanding its ecosystem across Europe and Mexico. The platform consists on a FIWARE references guide that enables intuitive data models, application examples, and cloud-native architecture patterns to assist new developers integrating FIWARE on the creation of Smart Services.
It also focused on establishing a strong collaboration between Europe and Mexico, through the integration of FIWARE in real-life cases, which contributed not only to the internationalization of this technology, but also for the deployment of Open Standards and Open Source solutions within the FIWARE community.
