Ubiwhere participated in the DOME Project Workshop in Madrid

Ubiwhere

Ubiwhere took part in the DOME – Distributed Open Marketplace for Europe project workshop, held on the 7th and 8th of May at INETUM’s facilities in Madrid. The event brought together consortium partners for two days of work dedicated to the project’s operational review, strategic alignment, business priorities and market activation.

DOME aims to support the digital transformation of companies and public organisations through a European catalogue of cloud-to-edge services, promoting an open, distributed marketplace built on trust, compliance and interoperability. The project is funded by the Digital Europe Programme, under Grant Agreement No. 101084071.

Ubiwhere was represented by Bruno Pereira, Project Manager, and Daniela Ferreira, Marketing and Communications Assistant, reinforcing the company’s contribution across the project’s technical, operational, strategic and communication dimensions.

On the first day, dedicated to Operational Review & Flow Assessment, partners analysed DOME’s operational progress, focusing on workflows, internal processes and compliance mechanisms associated with the marketplace. In this context, Bruno Pereira participated as a speaker in the session ’Demo 2: Provider Perspective’, centred on the perspective of service providers and the compliance processes required to ensure a secure, transparent and reliable digital ecosystem. The second day focused on Strategic Alignment, Business Direction, and Next Priorities, encouraging discussion around positioning, business development, target audiences and the next steps for consolidating DOME in the European market. Daniela Ferreira joined the panel of speakers for the session ’Marketing and Sales Organisation, Target Customers, Provider Priorities and Market Activation’, contributing to the discussion on the organisation of marketing and sales activities, the definition of priorities for providers and the activation of the marketplace across different market segments.
