Ubiwhere organises and will take part in the 4th webinar of the 6G-TWIN project on Network Digital Twins

Ubiwhere

Ubiwhere will take part in the 4th webinar of the 6G-TWIN series, entitled “Network Digital Twin in Action: From Data Modelling to NDT Simulation for Improved Decision-making”, a session dedicated to the evolution of Network Digital Twins and their practical application in the future of telecommunications networks.

The webinar will take place on the 19th of May 2026, from 10:00 am to 11:30 am, and will feature the participation of several partners from the 6G-TWIN project consortium. Representing Ubiwhere will be Daniela Ferreira, Marketing and Communications Assistant, and Luís Pedro Santos, Software Engineer, who will be two of the invited speakers at this session.

This new webinar continues the “Shaping the Digital Twin future of telecom” series, which has been exploring the role of Network Digital Twins in transforming the telecommunications sector. It aims to demonstrate how these systems can evolve from conceptual models into practical tools capable of supporting management, simulation and decision-making in increasingly complex network environments. During the webinar, three key pillars of the Network Digital Twin ecosystem will be addressed. The first will focus on functional models, explaining how network behaviour can be structured to support better planning and real-time control. The second will centre on a federated simulation platform, which enables multiple simulators to be connected and more realistic scenarios to be created for validation before implementation. Finally, a web-based co-simulation interface will be presented, designed to facilitate user interaction with the system and the intuitive analysis of results.

By bringing research concepts closer to operational tools, this webinar aims to show how Network Digital Twins can contribute to more informed, data-driven decisions that are aligned with the needs of future telecommunications networks. Ubiwhere’s participation in this webinar highlights its involvement in European research and innovation initiatives linked to the development of advanced technologies for 6G networks, particularly in the context of simulation, interoperability and intelligence applied to network management.

Registration for the webinar is now available through the event registration link.
