Leading the Digital Transformation: Ubiwhere will be at FIWARE Global Summit’22
On the 14 and 15 of September, the 8th edition of the FIWARE Global Summit goes to Gran Canaria, Spain. Two days of world-class innovation, collaboration, and networking. Ubiwhere will be present at this event: two of our members will be speakers and play a key role in this growing global network.
Hosted and supported by Sociedad de Promocion Economica de Gran Canaria (SPEGC) and Cabildo de Gran Canaria with the collaboration of Fiihub - CidiHub, Best in Gran Canaria, and Innovalia Association, the FIWARE’s 8th Global Summit will bring together more than 520 members worldwide and its innovation ecosystem.
Two days to share visions, experiences, and new business ideas where it’s possible to learn from more than 250 FIWARE Smart Cities and references in various areas such as Tourism, AgriFood, Industry, Energy, Water, and more. Open to all FIWARE enthusiasts and newbies, members and partners, startups to global players, public admins and academia, developers to strategists, project managers to CxOs. FIWARE Global Summit 2022 will have more than 150 top-level speakers: public administrators, ICT companies, SMEs, Accelerators, Universities, and R&D organizations. Ricardo Vitorino and Ana Pereira from Ubiwhere will be on this remarkable line-up of speakers. Ricardo Vitorino is our Smart Cities R&I Manager. He is responsible for the technical team working on the software solutions for Smart Cities, defining its strategy and guiding the research and development of the projects and products. At the FIWARE Global Summit, he will share his experience in R&D projects and shed light on upcoming software solutions for Smart Cities. Ana Pereira is our Communication and Dissemination Manager for R&I projects. She manages the dissemination activities of Ubiwhere’s R&I projects, focusing on the research and development of smart and sustainable technological solutions for Smart Cities, Telecom and the Internet of Things.
This event will focus on future trends of Digital Twins, Data Spaces, and Smart Data Models, including various activities ranging from technical roadmaps to open calls, from expert talks to business workshops, from networking to interdisciplinary negotiations.
