The impact of telecommunications on Connected Mobility
Ubiwhere and TICE.pt came together to organize “Future Mobility Webinar Series”, a series of webinars taking place to discuss the Future of Mobility.
The second webinar will take place on May 14th, at 5:00 PM (GMT+1) and will focus on the discussion of what the Connected Mobility will be. The session will include the intervention of Pouria Sayyad Khodashenas, Senior Researcher at i2CAT Foundation, Pedro Diogo, Telecom R&I Manager at Ubiwhere, and Susana Sargento, Professor at Aveiro University and Researcher at Institute of Telecommunications. Ricardo Vitorino, Head of Research and Innovation at Ubiwhere, will be the session’s moderator.
Given the evolution in telecommunications, with a focus on 5G technology, the distinguished panel of speakers will discuss several issues that focus on defining a more connected reality, with a focus on mobility. How cities continuously keep building solutions that improve people’s lives, taking into account their security and privacy. Several national and international projects and case studies will also be referenced, illustrating all the advantages brought by connected mobility.
