FIWARE Global Summit 2023: Ubiwhere is ready for two days of collaboration and networking!
Hosted and supported by the City of Vienna and the Vienna Business Agency, FIWARE’s 9th Global Summit (FGS) will occur from the 12th to the 13th of June. This event is one of the leading Open Source conferences for entrepreneurs, public administrations, academia, developers, start-ups, and technologists. Ubiwhere will be present and will participate in sessions to discuss challenges and opportunities for business and open innovation around digital transformation.

During this event, Ana Pereira, our Communication and Dissemination Manager, will be one of the speakers who will participate with the presentation "The Port Nervous System" in the session "Smart Port - From cosy marinas to big shipping ports: efficiency and safety for ports and around" on the second day of the FIWARE Global Summit, June 13 in Vienna, Austria.
Ports play a strategic logistical position in industry, trade and transport. Port management plays a significant role in the interface between different modes of transport by sea, air, rail and land for handling the loading and moving of freight from the moment of arrival at a terminal. This session will show you how sea-side operations optimization functionalities significantly improve the efficiency and safety of ports.
From Data to Value, this event will be a crucial moment to discuss the relevance of Open Data solutions.
