Ubiwhere developed the CasA+ portal, a solution supporting energy efficiency

The partnership between Ubiwhere and ADENE led to the development of the CasA+ Portal, a digital platform created under the European Request2Action project, funded by the Intelligent Energy Europe programme and promoted by the European Commission.

The project was designed to accelerate the adoption of energy-efficiency solutions in residential buildings by providing a single access point for information, services, and specialised professionals, while fostering consumer confidence in informed decision-making.

 

 

The CasA+ Portal was conceived as a one-stop shop for energy efficiency, promoting the connection between supply and demand in this domain. Through the platform, users can find qualified professionals and services, request proposals and quotations, and access relevant information on the energy performance of their homes. Ubiwhere was responsible for responsive web design and the full implementation of the CasA+ platform, and ensured corrective, preventive, and evolutionary maintenance of the solution.

 

From a technical perspective, the platform was built using React, WordPress, Python, and Django. It also integrates authentication systems such as Autenticação.Gov and the Portuguese Tax Authority, as well as subscription and invoicing management solutions integrated with ADENE’s ERP. The connection to the Energy Certification System (SCE) further strengthens support for administrative and technical processes related to energy efficiency, consolidating the portal’s role as a reference in the sector.

 

The development of the CasA+ Portal represents a significant contribution to advancing energy efficiency in Portugal by simplifying access to information, services, and available incentives.
