Modernisation of Eneida DeepGrid®: Technological Innovation Driving the Energy Transition

The modernisation of the Eneida DeepGrid® platform has been successfully completed, with Ubiwhere providing technological expertise in the architecture, development and evolution of the solution. This project, aligned with eneida.io’s mission to accelerate the transition to Zero Emission Neighbourhoods (ZEN), has strengthened the company’s position in the global energy market by delivering a more scalable, modular and cloud-native platform.

The new UI/UX interface, redesigned to address the specific needs of Distribution System Operators (DSOs) and Energy Communities, fosters greater stakeholder collaboration and supports the achievement of Net Zero targets.

As part of the work, Ubiwhere contributed to implementing a state-of-the-art cloud-native architecture, significantly enhancing the platform’s modularity and scalability. The redesigned user experience has made the solution more intuitive and efficient, facilitating the management of low-voltage networks and the integration of distributed energy resources, such as electric vehicles, solar photovoltaic panels and heat pumps. This technological advancement enables more agile operations and greater adaptability to the demands of a rapidly evolving energy sector.

 

Working closely with eneida.io’s technology and business teams, Ubiwhere supported a migration process that incorporated global interoperability standards, ensuring seamless integration across complex, heterogeneous client environments. The platform now enables more proactive, informed decision-making and faster deployment across new energy markets and segments.

 

Through this project, Ubiwhere strengthens its role as a technology partner in the energy sector and consolidates its expertise in delivering sustainable, future-oriented digital solutions.
